The new feature suspended stair with steel rods and become part of the TV console and create an element of surprise upon entering into the house. Subsequently greet with a captivating courtyard design that be part of the decor as well as to create a green vista for the interior. We design to incorporate a little greenery into the owner's life and living space. Stack ventilation and natural light being uplifted with the introduce of courtyard.
The courtyard draws the natural daylight from the glass roof at the top deep into the heart of the house completed with a landscape courtyard. The present of adequate glass roof allows natural daylight coming from the top of the house and thus reduce the usage of energy to lit up the space and create a brighter atmosphere.
The use of ventilation blocks at the rear of the house allows constant flow of natural fresh air into the house from the outside. In turn, this fresh air helps force the warm, dirty air inside of the building particularly at the wet zone / kitchen out through the opening on the wall.
